Writers on Tour (Merseyside) is a joint initiative by the local
councils of Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool and Sefton; the Dead
Good Poets Society and North West Arts Board:
co-ordinated
by the Windows Project.
Writers on Tour promotes visits to the region by nationally known
writers, with an emphasis on work with the community.
